Family Photographer - Calgary

   Working with a big group can be nerve wracking.  Working with a big group that happens to be your aunt and uncle and their family can be worse.  Fortunately, they were all great, and this went really well!  And also really quick.  It was cold, there were a lot of kids, and we really just wanted some pictures with everyone together before most of them went back to BC.  But there was still time for the playground!

   Thanks guys, for everything - it was great to see you all again!

Happy New Year, Everyone!

     For most, the beginning of a new year means coming up with goals - being a healthier person, losing weight spending more time with their kids, etc.  For me, the new year means lots of new beginnings, new challenges, and hopefully more growth!

   At this time last year, I had hardly started my business a few months before, and wasn't sure if I'd be able to make it to a full year.  Now I'm  busier than I ever thought I'd ever be, have sessions booked through the winter, and weddings booked for the upcoming year!  This means it's time to make a few changes.  Nothing big, but still exciting for me!  This year I'm hoping to work more on the details, like packaging, a new blog, and putting my personal touch in more of the business!  I'll keep you posted as it all happens!  Along with these, I'm also hoping to put some more focus and attention into weddings.  The one thing that I was most apprehensive about doing has become something I love, and hope to get more into as time goes on.  We'll see how it goes!

   But before any of these changes and growth comes a new beginning - baby #4!  Our next little one is expected to come in the middle of March, and I'm sure will be cause for some changes in every part of life!  I'm so thankful for the year that we have finished, and can't wait to see and share what this new year will hold!

Wedding Photographer - Calgary

   This was my first winter wedding - and hopefully not my last!  I've decided that I'm seriously in love with winter pictures, and can't wait to do more!  This couple was awesome, and their wedding seemed so perfect!  Lots of fun, lots of laughter, and a lot of love from everyone!  Such a great day!
